Meet The Team

Charlie Robbins - Founder & Creative Director

Charlie is a brand strategist and designer with more than 15 years of experience in graphic design and brand strategy. He holds a Bachelor of Graphic Design and has built his career helping organisations define how they position themselves, how they communicate, and how they are perceived in market.

His work sits at the intersection of strategy, design, and behavioural psychology, with a focus on how identity influences trust, perception, and decision-making.

Alongside Penscope, Charlie is writing a book exploring the relationship between graphic design and the psychology of selling, and developing his latest music project. These pursuits reflect a broader interest in how ideas form, spread, and influence behaviour.

Lauren Robbins - Marketing Director

Lauren is a marketing and communications specialist with over 10 years of experience across marketing, advertising, and social media. She holds a Bachelor of Mass Communication, majoring in Entertainment and Advertising, and has worked across both agency and in-house environments developing campaigns, content strategies, and brand communications.

Her expertise lies in translating brand direction into clear, consistent communication across every channel — ensuring businesses show up with clarity, cohesion, and intent.

She brings a strong understanding of audience behaviour, content systems, and narrative development to how brands operate in modern digital environments.
